story
Hi there! I’m Lisa Dubler (she/her), a career coach and talent development consultant based in Washington, DC. For the last decade, I have supported leaders at all levels, from recent college grads to senior executives, by connecting them with the resources that they need in order to thrive both personally and professionally.
As a career changer myself with experience in higher education, non-profit, media-tech, philanthropy, and tech-education, I know first-hand the challenges that come with navigating a career pivot. It can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but it does not need to be!
Through a strengths and action-based approach, tailored to your short-term and long-term goals, I will help you break through blockers and get to where you want to be.
When I am not supporting clients, you can find me playing in a local park with Rusty, my mini-bernedoodle, exploring DC’s restaurant scene with my husband, or at Kiskadee, a woman-owned boutique in Del Ray, Alexandria, where I fulfill my passion for fashion and style.

Each of us brings our own unique set of skills and strengths to the world of work. As such, I take time to build and nurture relationships with my clients in order to understand their unique strengths. Then, I work closely with clients to create a plan that consists of specific and manageable strategic steps to help them move from their current state of work to where they want to be.
